1. Become an irresistible force of nature
Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
There is nothing in the world that would stop you from being a great success in life if you were absolutely convinced that this was meant to be. Throw yourself wholeheartedly into one desire you want to accomplish and don’t stop until you succeed. Remind yourself every day you are destined for greatness and pay no attention to where you are today. That isn’t nearly as important as knowing you are heading in the right direction.
Believe, believe, believe you can, and the power and strength behind this conviction will turn you into an irresistible force of nature.
If you really believed in your ability to succeed greatly, you would become unstoppable.
2. Double your rate of failure
Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do. ~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
One of the worst things you can do to yourself is not try. Being aware of what you want and never knowing if you could have had it because you never tried is a sad waste of a life. Don’t be afraid to fail. Accept and realize that before every success is a failure, sometimes many failures.
But remember that you are extraordinary. You are unique in the world, with a combination of talents and abilities that no one else has. And you’ll never know the incredible things you can do unless you try.
Delight in the new day, in the new opportunity in the next thing you’re going to try, who knows a little magic might be hidden in this new morning. The more willing you are to try the more likely it is that you’ll lead an exciting life of riches, rewards and satisfaction.
3. Free yourself from outside influences
We are called to be architects of the future, not it’s victims. ~ R. Buckminster Fuller
Don’t accept that you’re the victim of circumstance. Nothing could be further from the truth. You have the power to design the life you desire.
You don’t have to keep reacting to the influence of tv, the internet, other people’s opinions and feedback. Take back control of what and how you think, and stop drifting on the ocean of outside influences. You’ll be less likely to run aground on a pile of rocks.
Decide to keep out outside influences that aren’t in alignment with the person you want to be and the things you want and you’ll create amazing changes in your life. Take back your power.
4. Love your body
By choosing healthy over skinny you are choosing self-love over self-judgment. You are beautiful! ~ Steve Mariboli
If you’re tired of looking in the mirror only to see that you’re too fat, too thin, with a nose that’s too big or hips that are too wide, then it’s time to stop allowing your culture to have you feeling physically inadequate.
Pledge to be kinder, gentler, more generous with yourself and do the same for others.
Every day choose to do something good for your body, something kind for your body, because you love it. Dance a little, walk a little, swim a little, eat a healthy meal, think grateful thoughts for your health just as it is right now. One little thing, any little thing that you do every day to indicate you love yourself is the first step toward transforming your experience of you in the world.
And do these things with intention. Feel love for your wonderful body.
5. You are the one
When you blame others, you give up your power to change ~ Robert Anthony
You have to give up blaming others for the things that happen in your life, it’s a waste of time. No matter how much fault you see in another it’s never going to change things.
Recognize you were the one who thought the thoughts, felt the feeling, made the choices, took the action that got you where you are. You are the one who didn’t say no, or yes. You are the one who decided you didn’t need help. You are the one.
As you take control and release others from blame you are choosing to be free. Give yourself the gift of freedom. You deserve to have success, to know pleasure, create fulfilling relationships to recognize your value in life and to have what you want.
